Gastrointestinal and liver disorders rank highly among global healthcare issues. They're the single greatest cause of cancer deaths, and a significant burden on healthcare budgets. While major progress has been made in recent years, especially through dramatic advances in diagnostic and therapeutic approaches, there's still much to be done – particularly in transmitting the benefits of this progress around the world.
The World Congress of Gastroenterology exists to further this progress. For the first time ever, it will take place in the Middle East. The 2022 edition will be hosted in Dubai in partnership with the Emirates Gastroenterology and Hepatology Society.
The event will offer an inspiring and highly engaging scientific programme, featuring keynote lectures, live transmission sessions, hands-on workshops, postgraduate sessions, case-based video presentations, and peer-reviewed oral and poster sessions.
Delegates from around the world will be invited to attend and participate. There will also be an exhibition of the latest industry products, plus the opportunity to earn CME credits.
