Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice-President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, The Public Policy Forum for Education will be taking place at Dubai World Trade Centre with the theme, Future Directions of Education Policy.
Organised by Mohammed bin Rashid School of Government, the forum will host more than 500 local, regional and global policy experts, research scholars, academics and senior decision makers and government officials, all focusing on the future challenges and opportunities as well as the direction of the UAE Education policy. International speakers will also be talking about potential issues and future requirements for existing policies to ensure the current pace of development within the education sector, is maintained in the years to come. Key topics will include collaboration between the public and private sectors, capacity building through education, effectiveness of education reforms, how innovation and technology improve teaching and learning outcomes, bridging the skills gap and the paradigm shift in UAE education overall.
The forum will also host an awards ceremony for Best Case Study, Best Thesis and Best Scientific Poster, as well as an education fair that includes educational, scientific posters, smart education resources and useful infographics.
