In 2019, approximately 34,000 new units are planned to enter the market – making this year’s Cityscape a key opportunity to see what’s new and upcoming in the city. Moreover, as the exhibition also embraces several other emerging markets, it offers a great chance for investors, developers and others to gain a complete and wide-ranging picture.
Occupying some 37,800 square metres at Dubai World Trade Centre, the exhibition will this year host more than 300 developers, suppliers, city and regional authorities, banks and other participants, with stands and displays of incredible variety. Now attracting around 36,000 visitors every year, this environment has a fully deserved reputation as the place to connect with partners old and new, compare prices and opportunities – and do business.
Alongside this, the Cityscape Conference will once again stage an extensive programme of topics and speakers. Featuring keynote addresses, panel discussions and case study profiles across all areas of real estate, this event attracted over 1,000 attendees in 2018. In addition, the annual Cityscape Awards for Emerging Markets will also take place during the three days, celebrating excellence in real estate development and architecture.
