Our Programmes
Lami3 supports the UAE’s brightest National graduates as they take their first steps towards a successful career, offering structured training, mentorship, and cross-department experience across DWTC’s diverse business units. Over 24 months, participants work with senior leaders and gain real-world business exposure.
Eligibility:
- Open to UAE Nationals with Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid)
- 0–1 years of experience
- GPA of 3.0 or higher

In partnership with the Dubai College of Tourism, this two-year hands-on apprenticeship offers aspiring chefs the opportunity to earn, learn, and gain a recognised qualification, all while training in DWTC Hospitality’s world-class kitchens.
Programme Highlights:
- Nationally accredited Level 4 Certificate in Culinary Arts
- Paid training with industry placements
- Career-ready curriculum covering: baking, meats, seafood, appetisers, and pastries
Eligibility:
- UAE Nationals with a High School Certificate or Diploma
DWTC’s Sales Programme offers young UAE Nationals with a high school or diploma background a pathway into a sales career. Participants gain hands-on exposure to the full sales cycle—from core principles to advanced negotiation and consultative selling.

Our internship programme offers UAE National students the opportunity to gain practical experience across departments, grow their network, and prepare for future employment.

- Paid Internships (3–5 months): GPA 3.5+
- Unpaid Internships (5 weeks–3 months): GPA 3.0+

A 12-month programme offering UAE Nationals hands-on experience across hospitality functions. The first three months focus on departmental rotations with HR and Venue Services, followed by a role matched to individual skills and interests. Participants gain practical expertise, industry insight, and professional development for a successful career in hospitality.

- Rotations in F&B service, culinary, and customer care
- Training in service excellence, food safety, and sustainability
- First-hand experience in live event operations at DWTC venues
