Our property management department is run by a highly committed, skilled and professional team. We provide our tenants with international-standard services and superior customer care. Our services include lease administration, space management, market intelligence, technical co-ordination, facility management and helpdesk provision.
In order to offer great and enduring value to our tenants, we constantly benchmark ourselves against industry best practices, with a view to implement the same. Through attention to detail and established, standardised policies and procedures, we know how to enhance the intrinsic value of assets.
As a part of our focus on customer service, the team coordinates with industries and associations in the local market, to further develop and enhance best practice identification. This interaction is then translated into positive results for internal tenants in the shape of market-leading practices.
Utilities
Our in-house team takes care of all utilities, ensuring systems are run at best practice standards.
Energy Conservation
We have also initiated an energy saving programme over and above the standard utility services that are provided. This means a regular third party review to ensure the constant improvement of our energy conservation standards.
Parking
As part of each tenancy entitlement, parking in secure covered areas with direct access is offered. In addition to entitlement parking DWTC offers membership parking in our multi-storey car park for an annual fee, as well as a Valet Service for your convenience.
Parking is also available for our tenants guests in both covered and uncovered areas.
Facility Management
We also provide a wide range of facility management offerings such as security and medical services to ensure you receive the highest level of service.
Advertising
We have an dedicated in-house team responsible for any advertising requests.
