If you are looking for host your next meeting at the heart of Dubai's Central Business District, DWTC is your ideal choice. We have 22 meeting rooms, of which 3 are our VIP meeting rooms located within an independent suite and 19 are our newly styled dedicated meeting rooms with contemporary themes named after the federation of the seven Emirates. These 19 rooms are located above the main exhibition concourse level, are easy to find and offer private entry and exit. The rooms can accommodate anywhere between 20 to over 200 people theatre style and 12 to over 150 people classroom style. All rooms benefit from advanced wi-fi connectivity and audio visual capabilities. We also provide breakout rooms should your event require it.
Meetings on a larger scale can also be accommodated at our venue. The divisable Sheikh Rashid and Sheikh Maktoum Halls on the ground floor provide single level meeting space totalling over 15,600 square metres, form 10 large meeting rooms which together can accommodate up to 12,000 people. Our other exhibition halls can also be utilised for large meetings and corporate conferences, to fit your requirements
VIP Meeting rooms
For VIP private meetings we have an exclusive independent suite which can be utilised on a meeting room only basis or in its whole capacity. Encompassing of two large meeting rooms (one of which can be utilised as a conference room), a state-of-the-art boardroom, luxurious Majlis and a fully equipped kitchen, this onsite venue is ideal for organisers and exhibitors looking for ample meeting space in a secluded area. With two private entrances, the suite overlooks the Trade Centre Arena and The Plaza, providing an inspirational environment. Full DICEC venue services are offered to the suite allowing you complete privacy in an independent capacity.
From classroom and boardroom styles, to cabaret and u-shaped styles, from banquet to theatre styles - our spaces can be configured to meet your every need.
Flexible Options
Meeting rooms are available for use as hospitality suites, conference rooms, boardrooms, seminar rooms and organiser’s offices. Our Al Wasl Press Conference Centre, located in the spacious Al Wasl foyer seats up to 50 peole and is perfect for a media briefing.
For an alternative meeting venue our World Trade Club offers an executive boardroom, which can accommodate up to 22 people - the ideal space for high-level meetings in suitably stylish surroundings with audio-visual equipment, video conferencing facilities and e-connectivity. The World Trade Club also offers the Falcon Lounge and Seven Sands restaurant for informal meetings and a choice of 5 uniquely styled meeting rooms including the Majlis for more formal meetings.
Our glass-encashed and oval-shaped Bubble Lounge can also be utilised for meetings, accommodating up to 300 guests. Situated adjacent to the upper level of the Sheikh Rashid Hall, this elevated lounge offers a novel meeting experience as guests have panoramic views of the main Concourse below.
Integrated Services
Complementary to your event, we provide a suite of integrated services such as audio-visual facilities, power and telecommunications services, lighting, video and projection equipment as well as sound and speaker systems. Prior to the actual event, our AV specialists can provide you with a comprehensive consultation in order to understand your requirements and suggest the best options your event requires. An onsite technician will also be available on the day of the event to provide technical support. A variety of catering menus are also available for tea and coffee breaks.
