Throughout our 30-year history we’ve hosted royalty, international dignitaries and guests from around the world, and gained considerable expertise in tailoring cuisines to eclectic palates. Event menus are complemented with an array of international and local beverages, and individually designed in consultation with the organisers, to maintain the highest standards in quality, presentation and delivery.
With massive seating capacity, kitchen facilities and experience to cater for 15,000 guests in a 5-course meal setting, we consistently exceed the high service standard that is synonymous with Dubai. Our HACCP certified state-of-the art kitchens are manned by an award-winning crew of chefs from around the world. The 125 member team have won gold, silver and bronze medals of honour at gastronomic events like the annual Emirates International Salon Culinaire.
Emirati cuisine
Over the years, the original Bedouin dishes of the UAE have been enhanced by the introduction of other cuisines from the Arab and Asian world. These influences, notably from Syria, Lebanon, Palestine, Egypt, India and Pakistan have resulted in a diverse new-age Emirati cuisine, rich with the mouth-watering scents and flavours of the region.
