Overview

We can provide all the safety and security expertise that your event requires, from VIP protection and crowd control to first-aid emergency response and evacuation procedures. Our Protocol and Security team has extensive experience and detailed knowledge of local protocol, safety and security requirements. The team are responsible for arranging all official visits, and they serve as the primary point of contact with both the Dubai Ruler's Office Protocol Department and with government officials regarding any exhibition or event that takes place at DWTC. All security guards are trained and qualified in fire awareness and first-aid. The team also distributes and regulates contractor passes and ID badges.

Security coverage

24-hour security coverage is provided at the main entrances, delivery entrances and fire exits of exhibition halls for the duration of your tenancy. Staff will also be on hand to help with admission, crowd control, and any security issues required. Both male and female security staff are available to meet your requirements. As well as heading up the command control centre monitoring all security operations (both static and patrolling), our team also manages key security equipment including CCTV security, x-ray machine, access permits/tickets, left luggage services, handling of all valuables, cash escorts, cloakroom, the return of lost and found items, vehicle access control, shuttle bus/taxi services during exhibitions and valet parking. All security guards are experienced, accredited professionals with an intimate knowledge of the venue. Additional security for your event is available upon request.

Emergency Medical Services

We are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for everyone on our premises, and our Emergency Medical Service (EMS) team provides emergency medical responses throughout the complex. The onsite EMS personnel can treat a wide variety of injuries and medical conditions, provide supportive patient care, and co-ordinate safe transportation to an appropriate medical facility when necessary.
