VIP Meeting Rooms
For VIP private meetings we have an exclusive independent suite which can be utilised on a meeting room only basis or in its whole capacity. Encompassing of two large meeting rooms (one of which can be utilised as a conference room), a state-of-the-art boardroom, luxurious Majlis and a fully equipped kitchen, this venue is ideal for both organisers requiring ample meeting space in a secluded area or companies looking for an inclusive private venue. With two private entrances, the suite overlooks our new Trade Centre Arena and The Plaza, providing an inspirational environment. The suite also has a restricted concourse area that can be utilised as an extra Majlis or can be adapted to meet your individual requirements. Full DICEC venue services are offered to the suite allowing you complete privacy in an independent capacity.
The Bubble Lounge
The glass-encased and oval-shaped Bubble Lounge offers over 797 square metres of space and can accommodate up to 300 guests. The lounge provides event planners with the perfect venue for cocktail receptions, luncheons, dinners and parties. Adjacent to the upper level of the Sheikh Rashid Hall, this elevated lounge offers an intimate setting with panoramic views of the main Concourse below.
Business Centre
Our onsite Business Centre offers high-speed internet connection, telephone and fax facilities as well as interpretation and secretarial services.
Al Wasl Press Conference Centre
Located in the spacious Al Wasl foyer on the ground floor, our Press Conference Centre seats up to 50 people and is the perfect environment for a media briefing. Telephone, fax and data transmission facilities are also available.
Concourse
The double volume Concourse that runs the width of the centre offers over 10,600 square metres of exhibition space and can accommodate thousands of people. The Concourse serves as a link between the Exhibition Halls and the Sheikh Rashid and Sheikh Maktoum Halls, and connects our two hotels. It is lined with banking, postal, travel and rental facilities, restaurants, coffee houses and retail stores, and registration desks capable of housing organiser-supplied equipment.
