CABSAT is the established and respected trade platform for the digital media and satellite sectors across the the Middle East, Africa and Southern Asian region. In 2011, CABSAT & Satellite MENA hosted 10,162 visitors from 103 countries with 11 national pavilions. A total of 770 exhibitors from 55 countries participated in the event in 2011.
In 2012, the two successful cable and satellite event platforms will be brought into one powerful industry leading showcase that will continue to reflect the needs of the important market it serves.
Bringing together cable and satellite into one expanded and multi-stream knowledge exchange platform, the CABSAT Academy will feature free-to-attend industry-led sessions in one centrally located networking area. The CABSAT Academy will include the GVF Satellite Forum and the twofour54 specialist workshops in partnership with the BBC Academy.
